The candidate will be required to lead and manage the development and production support of large-scale systems and other digital transformation projects.  He/ She would be expected to handle at least 2 to 3 projects concurrently, which will be a mixture of big and small projects, and will work with internal IT team, stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the maritime industry and must be a confident communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years’ experience and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will be responsible to support the HR Manager in handling the full spectrum of HR duties which include but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, administration of HR policies and employee engagements.

We are looking for a CRM administrator/manager for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for providing support for the company’s sales practices on Hubspot. The Product Owner will be responsible for bridging between business requirements and the IT department. The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of experience working on complex agile scrum projects, proven track record in managing projects and is commercially astute and has the ability to understand both customer and user experience, and internal process and functional owner impact.
