This role will oversee the daily operations of assigned tanker vessels, including voyage coordination, agency appointments, vessel movements, bunker planning, Q88/HVPQ updates, voyage expenses, laytime support and coordination with ship managers, charterers, brokers, agents and vessels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on tanker vessel operations experience with exposure to oil/chemical tankers. Experience in PDA/FDA review, bunker coordination, voyage expense verification, laytime calculation and working closely with vessels, ship managers and charterers will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Vessel Operator for an established dry bulk shipowner company to manage the commercial operations of the company’s owned fleet of vessels. In addition, this role involves a certain level of technical exposure with day-to-day ship management, P&I clubs and Classification Society interactions. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of dry bulk commercial operations experience in a dry bulk shipowner company and have good maritime/shipping knowledge and is able to adjust priorities quickly in response to frequently changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have a technical or seafaring background, together with at least two to three years of maritime business development experience. He or she should possess a strong network of shipowners, investors and key decision-makers across Asia, with the technical credibility and commercial confidence to promote ship-management solutions effectively.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Vessel Manager – Gas Tankers for our client, an established international ship-management company in the maritime sector. The Technical Superintendent will manage the technical operations of assigned gas tankers on behalf of shipowner clients, ensuring that the vessels operate safely, reliably and cost-effectively in accordance with regulatory requirements and agreed management standards.  The ideal candidate will have prior sailing experience on gas tankers, together with at least two years of shore-based experience managing gas tanker vessels. The successful candidate should possess strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective working relationships with shipowner clients, vessel crews and internal stakeholders.
