We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a well-established global corporate conglomerate. The role focuses on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentives, and HR analytics across multiple markets. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of C&B experience, strong Excel skills, and exposure to benchmarking tools such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI would be a plus.
