The ideal candidate should have a min 2 years of experience in a bunker trading company or marine fuels environment, with exposure to claims handling, operations support, or vendor documentation.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Container Flow for one of our global container shipping clients. This role will manage container inventory across Asia, coordinate empty-container repositioning and ensure equipment is available to support booking demand. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in container flow management, equipment control or empty repositioning within a container shipping line.

We are looking for an experienced and proactiveSenior Vessel Operator (Oil Tanker) for one of our Singapore-based shipping clients. This role will oversee the daily operations of assigned tanker vessels, including voyage coordination, agency appointments, vessel movements, bunker planning, Q88/HVPQ updates, voyage expenses, laytime support and coordination with ship managers, charterers, brokers, agents and vessels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on tanker vessel operations experience with exposure to oil/chemical tankers. Experience in PDA/FDA review, bunker coordination, voyage expense verification, laytime calculation and working closely with vessels, ship managers and charterers will be an advantage.

We are looking for a Vessel Accounting manager for one of our global shipping clients. This role will lead a team and oversee vessel accounting, OPEX reporting and invoicing, while working closely with shipowners and stakeholders across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and team-management experience, preferably within the shipping or ship management industry. Experience in managing external clients, developing teams and driving process improvements, automation or AI adoption will be an advantage.

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Assistant Manager, Weather Routing to join a global & well-established shipowner. In this role, you will work closely with external weather routing service providers, as well as global and regional operations teams, to optimize weather routing and support the safe and efficient operation of the fleet. The ideal candidate should have prior sailing background, possess a solid understanding of shipping operations and weather routing principles. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions, will be essential for success in this role.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Assistant Manager, Talent Management for one of our global shipping clients. This role offers regional and global exposure in talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, career mobility, and HR transformation projects while working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Experience in talent reviews, succession planning, competency frameworks, or HR transformation initiatives will be an advantage. Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred.
