The Senior Marine HR Training Manager will oversee the comprehensive training and development of all ship crew, ensuring training programs meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance. The ideal candidate would have at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in maritime training and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, along with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs within the maritime industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing procurement processes and will play a critical role in ensuring the optimum and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for the operation of the company's fleet.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marine HR Manager for one of our global shipping clients. The Marine HR Manager will be responsible in leading the Marine HR team and functions for assigned vessels or fleet. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years experience in the Maritime Operations.  He/she would possess good working attitude and has the ability to communicate well.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant crewing experience with ship manager/ owner and has excellent knowledge of the STCW certifications, Seafarer’s Employment, and the relevant maritime legislation and regulation. He/she would have proven track record of meeting crewing demands and possesses good communication skills.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this position will work closely with the Vessel Managers and Ship Staff to source, procure and deliver all supplies (spares and stores) and services to the designated vessels on time and at the most cost-effective manner.
