The ideal candidates would have at least 3 years of relevant experience in ship, offshore or marine structural design and has good knowledge of structural mechanics and material science.

He/she will act as the bridge between their business unit and our global HR and Finance transformation program to Workday. This role will capture key processes, data, and system insights to ensure Workday is configured to meet business needs, while championing the project and engaging stakeholders for input. We are looking for an experienced New Building Superintendent for one of our global shipping clients. The New Building Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing shipbuilding projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations as well as supervising construction, manage site team performance, approve inspection plans, and conduct sea trials. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years on site experience in shipbuilding and Academic qualification Degree in Naval Architect or Marine Engineering or Class one MEO Certificate.
