We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer for one of our global shipping clients. The senior frontend developer will have the opportunity to architect and implement web applications from scratch and break down complex tasks into intuitive workflows to support the trading and operations team.
The ideal candidate would have strong skills in TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind and Storybook and is familiar with backend stack such as Python/FastAPI and Azure infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end development process including design, development, deployment and operations of web applications.
• Create UI/UX designs and mock-ups based on business requirements
• Implement new modules features and fix bugs
• Develop a robust architecture as a foundation for our application ecosystem
• Collaborate with backend developers on APIs
Requirements
• Good team player that is able to work with minimal guidance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in software development with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong skills in TypeScript and NextJS or another common framework, knowledge of Python is a plus
• Working experience in shipping, trading or banking is a nice-to-have
