The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant experience within the dry bulk or breakbulk segment.

We are looking for a proactive Post Fixture Executive to handle all post fixtures activities for the company's fleet of vessels such as freight tax calculation, follow-ups on outstanding issues to achieve timely settlement. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of charter-party and/or have at least 1-2 years of previous working experience in a similar position.  

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Superintendent for an established shipowner company that is based in Singapore. The Technical Superintendent will be responsible to oversee the maintenance, operation, and technical aspects of his assigned fleet of tanker vessels. The ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years of managing tanker vessels and has excellent organisational and communication skills.

We are looking for a Paralegal/ Junior Legal Counsel for one of our global shipping clients. He/ she will work closely with the Finance Legal Counsel to support the in-house legal and treasury function on all legal, finance and treasury-related matters. The ideal candidate would have a qualification as a practicing lawyer in England & Wales, Singapore or other common law jurisdiction with minimum one year prior legal experience in the legal department of an international business or in a professional law firm.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this position will work closely with the Vessel Managers and Ship Staff to source, procure and deliver all supplies (spares and stores) and services to the designated vessels on time and at the most cost-effective manner.

We are currently looking for an experienced Tanker Vessel Operator for one of our international clients. The Vessel Operator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all vessels’ shipping operations matter for palm oil tankers including vessel’s agent appointment.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Bunker Operations Assistant for one of our global shipping clients. The role will support the team in administrative duties surrounding the bunkers procurement activities for the Company’s vessels including both time-chartered and spot voyage-chartered vessels. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, a passion for learning, and will actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the department.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of shore-based experience as Technical Superintendent. He/she would possess a good working attitude and can work under pressure and meet deadlines. This position is responsible for supervising the QHSSE executives to monitor the execution of the QHSSE management system within the Company and to promote a positive QHSSE culture of the company. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5-year experience as a Marine/ QHSE Executive in a Ship Owning or Management Company.  

We are looking for an experienced Bunker Procurement Manager for one of our global shipping clients to manage the bunker procurement process of the company. As the Bunker Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing bunker fuel from suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of bunker fuel to our vessels. You will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
