As the Chartering Manager will manage the commercial aspects of vessel operations, including chartering, negotiations, and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field and have proven track record in ensuring success and profitability of the vessel operations for the company.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Superintendent for one of our global shipping clients. The Technical Superintendent will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vessels. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience as Technical Superintendent preferably on container vessels. He/she would possess good working attitude and has the ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Naval Architect for an established shipowner company that is based in Singapore. He/she would be responsible for executing and overseeing various aspects of ship design, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications. This role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, utilizing technical expertise, and guiding junior team members.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Global Customer Engagement Manager for one of our global shipping clients. Reporting to the Head of Global Customer Engagement, he/she will be responsible for management of customers’ business requirements to strengthen partnerships and grow business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in the containerized shipping industry, along with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Marine Superintendent (LPG Vessels) for one of our Global shipping clients. The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring all assigned vessels are operating in compliance with regulations and take the lead on the development of a sound safety culture on board and in the office. The ideal candidate would have sailed on LPG tankers and has at least one year of shore-based experience in a similar capacity.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Naval Architect for an established shipowner company that is based in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of New Building, he/she would be responsible for executing and monitoring the projects performance and safety aspect of the companys ongoing projects and ensure adequate resources and shore-based support are available as required. The ideal candidate would have a naval architect qualification and has 4-5 years of relevant experience in new building workings & plans approval.

We are looking for an experienced and insightful Shipping Analyst for one of our global shipping clients. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, he/she will leverage data to drive business insights, make recommendations and enhance operational efficiency through optimization of vessel deployment to maximize efficiency and profitability across Asia, Europe, and Americas. The ideal candidate preferably should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in trade/line management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Crewing Executive for one of our global shipping clients to handle crew operations and be responsible for all crewing requirements for their assigned fleet of vessels. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant crewing experience with ship manager/ owner and has excellent knowledge of the STCW certifications, Seafarer’s Employment, and the relevant maritime legislation and regulation. He/she would have proven track record of meeting crewing demands and possesses good communication skills.

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Senior Freight Trader for one of our global ship operator clients. The Freight Trader would be responsible for pricing of freight and rate negotiation and business development with 3rd party cargo and tonnage clients. He/she will works closely with both internal and external cargo customers, whilst also commercially managing the period fleet, optimizing the regional program. With a focus on expanding the company’s reach and access with industrial cargo clients. The ideal candidate would have at least 6 years of relevant experience with shipping preferably handy-size bulk carriers for the Asia Pacific region and possesses strong communication skills and is a self-motivated and assertive individual.
