We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager focused on the fast-growing Data Center segment across Southeast Asia for one of our clients, a leading global provider of power solutions. You will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, driving strategic engagements, and converting large-scale infrastructure projects into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-impact, client-facing role, thrive in complex deal environments and a strong network within the data center ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities within the data center and critical power infrastructure space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators across the region.
- Lead complex sales cycles, including solution positioning, technical alignment, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams across local and global functions to develop winning strategies for key projects.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and drive results.
- Provide guidance to partners and internal teams on pricing, quotations, and go-to-market approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-value B2B sales within data centers, critical power, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asia data center market.
- Established network with consultants, contractors, and key industry players preferred.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
