The ideal candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant L&D experience, with strong understanding of learning needs analysis, programme design, facilitation, evaluation methodologies and adult learning principles.

We are looking for an experienced & proactive Regional Talent Development Manager for a well-established international engineering and construction organisation. This role will translate global HR and talent strategies into practical regional frameworks and programmes that strengthen leadership capabilities, career development and succession pipelines. Working closely with headquarters, subsidiary HR teams and regional business leaders, the Regional Talent Development Manager will design solutions that can be applied consistently across countries while remaining adaptable to local needs. The ideal candidate would have at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years specialising in Talent Management, Organisational Development or Learning and Development.
