VIP IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive VIP IT Support Specialist for one of our shipping clients. Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing premium IT technical support to key stakeholder end-users (mainly c-suite VIP, Group Executive and Senior Management) in Singapore Office.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant experience and has good knowledge in IT software, hardware and proficiency in remote desktop support. 

Your Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

VIP IT Support (70%)

  • Deliver premium (VIPs) end-user services with consistency, aligned with the values and policies of the company; E.g. CEO, CFO, Senior Management
  • Actively contribute the smooth executing of the IT security standards and procedures;
  • Responsible for on-site and remote technical support via Email, IM and Ticketing, support on a variety of technology issues covering problem isolation and resolution of all end-user’s IT related matters
  • Support in-house software, windows applications and network infrastructure
  • Maintaining end-user computing (Windows 10 & macOS), mobile device technical support such as Microsoft Intune and conferencing technology
  • Track logging of requests, support calls and escalate where appropriate into the service management tool (End-User-Portal)
  • As a single point of contact for end-user’s and determine the actions required for incident resolution and coordination with resolver group to ensure all issues are resolved/escalating as required
  • Collaboration and Regional Projects (30%)
  • Partner and collaborate with business stakeholder to identify, recommend, and implement solutions related to IT matters in the Global Service Line for APAC region
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators on end-user’s information system
  • Liaise with suppliers and external parties for end-user computer purchase requisition preparing and tracking of purchase & delivery orders

Collaboration and Regional Projects (30%)

  • Partner and collaborate with business stakeholder to identify, recommend, and implement solutions related to IT matters in the Global Service Line for APAC region
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators on end-user’s information system
  • Liaise with suppliers and external parties for end-user computer purchase requisition preparing and tracking of purchase & delivery orders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in related IT field preferred or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in providing technical support to VIP / Senior Management,
  • Proven experience in end-to-end troubleshooting issues for hardware devices;
  • Proficient knowledge and hand-on experience of handling computer networks, IT security, A/V conferencing system (Cisco Webex);
  • Good understanding of Windows and Mac environment and virtualization, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Cisco, SAP, INWEBO, Citrix, Zscaler, Trend Micro;
