Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House)

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our global clients. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the incumbent will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of entry level to senior level employees of the company. You can expect to work closely with the hiring managers to support and provide effective recruitment solutions.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant experience and has good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates from agencies and/or in-house talent acquisition experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment processes and execute end-to-end sourcing and recruiting of talents to the company.

• Handle all recruitment related issues such as advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing prospective candidates and work closely with relevant line managers to understand their hiring requirements so as to conduct an effective pre-screening of the candidates.

• Review and work with recruitment channels including but not limited to online portals, educational institutes, and government agencies.

• Take part and run career fairs and ensure regular updates on recruitment related reports to track effectiveness of recruitment activities.

•  Assist with New Hire Induction when required.

•  Provide general HR administration and undertake projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

•   Degree in any discipline

•   At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition

• Candidates from recruitment agencies or in-house talent acquisition experience are welcome to apply

•   Strong communication and follow up skills
