Senior Total Rewards Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a well-established global corporate conglomerate. The role focuses on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentives, and HR analytics across multiple markets. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of C&B experience, strong Excel skills, and exposure to benchmarking tools such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI would be a plus.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus exercises, budgeting processes, incentive programmes, and recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of job grading frameworks, salary structures, and reward policies.
  • Prepare and analyse workforce cost reports, compensation trends, and HR metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Coordinate the administration and review of employee benefit programmes, including engagement with external vendors where required.
  • Maintain accurate compensation and employee data within HR systems and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Support job evaluation exercises, internal equity reviews, and organisation-wide compensation studies.
  • Participate in regional and global projects related to rewards, HR systems, process enhancement, and policy development.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and the enhancement of reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports for management and HR stakeholders.
  • Support governance, compliance, and audit-related activities pertaining to compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments that may impact compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and consistent application of reward programmes and policies.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally supporting regional or multinational operations.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, workforce analytics, or reporting tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Able to work independently while partnering effectively with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
