We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager, APACME to join an established international solutions provider with a strong regional presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and execute structured sales plans, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets. In addition, the candidate should be confident in engaging clients at various levels, be comfortable working across cultures, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and hands-on mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow sales activities across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Drive new business development while managing and growing an existing customer portfolio.
- Build and manage a regional network of partners and agents.
- Prepare commercial proposals, framework agreements and customer contracts.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of regional B2B sales experience, preferably in services or solutions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, commercially astute and comfortable working across cultures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role.
