One of our global shipping clients is looking to hire a motivated and experienced Post Fixture Executive. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of similar experiences and is able to commence work in short notice.
Responsibilities
• Computation of laytime, demurrage and accessing claims counters received
• Compiling demurrage invoices, internal Accounts Payable/Receivable updates and follow up on outstanding claims and payment control for brokerage and other expenses
• Provide support for the Post Fixture team members on invoicing of freight invoices and checking on funds received
• Filing and archiving of related documents
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in similar job scope and working in a shipping company is preferred.
- Ability to compute demurrage claims
- Able to communicate effectively and is a team player
- Able to commence work as soon as possible
- Only open to Singaporeans and SPRs
