This role works closely with internal teams and vessel Masters to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen marine knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within vessel operations. The ideal candidate should have a 2nd Mate Certificate of Competency (CoC) and relevant sailing experience on container vessels.
