HRIS & HR Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HRIS & HR Analytics Specialist to support the HR operations and HRBP in the local and overseas offices. He/she will be responsible to implement, enhance, integrate and managing local and global HR systems and HR analytics projects through working closely with the HRBPs of the local and overseas offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Super-User experience for Workday and has experiences in managing the HRIS systems and HR Analytics of the company.   

Main Responsibilities:

  • Super-user/ Subject Matter Expert for Workday
  • Manage and perform maintenance to the HRIS systems – include upkeeping of all documentation and procedures; managing issues and incidents of the systems, addressing and delivering change requests, UAT testing, training & deployment etc.
  • Support HR and staff on day-to-day activities and operations related to the HRIS systems and processes.
  • Provide technical assistance & guidance to colleagues on Workday and other HRIS systems
  • Prepare reporting & analysis on HR data to provide actionable insights for early management interventions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with HRIS vendors in resolving system problems and enhancement of the systems’ requests.
  • Keep abreast of new releases and updates of the systems, propose enhancements and roll-out for stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • At least 4 years of related experience required.
  • Ability to handle and manage large set of data and maintain data confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge, and ability to create charts and presentations.
  • Experience in configuring and providing HRIS technical support. Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python and other BI tools is preferred
