We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive for one of our global shipping clients. The position will play a key role in providing good HR operational support to the HR Team. He/she will be highly meticulous and is able to work independently and autonomously. The position contributes to the smooth operation of HR functions while also playing a key role in maintaining effective communication channels and projecting a positive image for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations excellence while executing full HR functions of employees’ life cycle – from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits to exit management
- Ensures all required information, employee details, performance management and training records are accurately maintained and updated promptly into HRIS and SharePoint for region offices
- Coordinates and conducts orientation procedures with new employees and ensures that the Training Matrix and Orientation Training Record form is duly completed and complied with
- Audits pre-work preparation.
- Be part of the social committee and support company events.
- Other additional duties as required to support the HR team.
- Conduct daily media monitoring.
- Find and curate content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- To assist in the conceptualization and implementation of CSR initiatives and programs that inspire employee volunteerism, and internal communications to drive engagement/support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 1-2 years HR experiences is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a great team player
- Proactive to raise issues and suggest solutions for improvement
