We are looking for an experienced HR Associate / Senior Associate to join the Global HR team of an established shipping company. This role will play a critical part in shaping and implementing enterprise-wide talent management practices, with a focus on leadership development, learning strategy, culture, and inclusion. The successful candidate will support global initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, align people practices with business goals, and contribute to a collaborative, high performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leadership development frameworks and processes to identify and
grow high-potential talent. - Drive the design and execution of an enterprise learning strategy, including curriculum
development and learning platform management. - Lead and support culture and inclusion initiatives that align with global values and business
objectives. - Manage talent data governance and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insights for
decision-making. - Partner with business and HR stakeholders to ensure talent initiatives meet organisational
needs across regions. - Support continuous improvement through adoption of HR systems, learning technologies, and
best practices. - Manage projects and collaborate effectively across multi-cultural and geographically dispersed
teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification in HR, Talent, or Learning disciplines is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent management, learning & development, or
organisational development. - Regional or global exposure is advantageous.
