We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Manager for a leading local company in the manufacturing/construction industry.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will undertake a wide range of HR generalist tasks such as end-to-end business partnering of recruitment requirements, engage departmental heads in HR initiatives and activities, review and execute L&D initiatives and activities and involve in performance management process of the organisation. Overall, you will be responsible in ensuring that the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 yeas of HR generalist experiences of which 2 to 3 years as HR Business Partner. Having work experience with compensation and benefits methodology and organizational re-structuring and change management would be an advantage.
