We are looking for a CRM administrator/manager for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for providing support for the company’s sales practices on Hubspot. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years’ experience in CRM system, takes initiative, challenge existing ideas and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to work well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Diligently manage the data and inputs of the company’s trading system and CRM system, Hubspot
- Regularly communicate with the trading team to understand motivation behind approaching a lead, ensure data accuracy, resolve conflicts and maintain best practices
- Market research on leads and existing customers
- Keeping reports & databases up to date.
- Continuously strive to improve reporting processes.
- Provide support and guidance to existing and new users of the system
- Any other duties which may be required from time to time (Ad hoc research into potential new customer segments, Ad hoc preparation of presentations etc)
Requirements
- Minimum degree
- Experience and understanding of CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- CRM / Database administration skills and data management capability
- Keen interest in shipping
- Team player, able to communicate effectively across different geographies and cultures.
