Julian Ng (IHRP-SP) Ng is the Founder and Director of INnergy Consulting. She strives for INnergy to be the leading Maritime and IT Specialist recruitment company that sources and delivers energetic and passionate people – people who aspire to make a difference in their work, for companies that recognize people as their greatest assets.
Julian has over 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Organisation Development and Employee Engagement. She has worked for leading Maritime companies where she also held various roles in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, Communications and Administration.
Agnes Ong is a Talent Manager at Innergy. She specialises in recruiting and sourcing for talented maritime and office professionals mainly in the shipping and industrial engineering industries. She has proven track records in placing HR, IT, Accounting and Finance professionals as well as Vessel Operations and Commercial Analyst type roles. She has over three years of corporate experience in talent acquisition.
Johnson Soh is a Talent Manager at INnergy. He specialises in recruiting and sourcing for talented IT and cybersecurity professionals across many industries. He has experience in handling technical IT roles ranging from IT Architect, Senior IT Manager, IT Auditor, Software Developer to Network and System Engineer type roles. Prior to joining INnergy, Johnson worked as a Business Development Manager at a leading IT System Integration company and was also in a sport coaching profession for many years.
Janice Ng is a Talent Consultant at INnergy. She supports the INnergy Maritime team to research and source for talented maritime and office professionals such as HR, IT, Accounting and Finance Professionals as well as specialist roles in the maritime industry. Janice has over 18 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector at reputable banks prior to a career switch to INnergy.
